Repair and Preventative Maintenance of Elevator Systems for VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. A description of services is attached. Brief Description of Services See attached Description of Services. Capability Statement All interested contractors must respond by email to parmpreet.pannu@va.gov before 10:00 A.M. For all small businesses, to include SDVOSB and VOSB, At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.
