Terminal Box Controller (TEC) Replacements

Terminal Box Controller (TEC) Replacements Project Description :The North and South Campuses of Bow Valley College have Siemens TEC controllers on the various Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) delivery devices. The existing TEC devices are at the end of life and beginning to fail. Bow Valley College is seeking proposals from vendors to to replace the existing Siemens TEC Modules on both the main floor of the South Campus and the main floor of the North Campus with new controller modules of similar or enhanced functionality. It is also our intention to connect the replacement controllers using communication through CAT6 infrastructure as well as update the required thermostats, actuators, power supplies, valves, or any other devices for the replacement controllers to function as
