RFI - Cellular Network Measurement and Analytic Solutions

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Government planning purposes as described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 48 CFR section 15.201(e). The Federal Communications Commission, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB) is requesting information to assess potential sources and methods of meeting its needs for a qualified vendor for the provision of real-time network measurement and analytic solutions that assess service availability of commercial cellular and broadband signals.  This RFI seeks to gather capabilities statements and other market information from potential sources, including responses to questions relevant to a potential procurement for planning purposes. We invite interested vendors and any other firms or individuals to respond to this RFI as set forth below. This Request for Information (RFI) is not a solicitation.  This RFI is being issued to conduct market research for informational and planning purposes.  The primary objective of this RFI is to obtain near real-time information pertaining to the availability and performance quality of commercial cellular and broadband services and networks in specific regions and locales. Solutions must include a deployable platform that can be used within a region or locale to collect localized cellular network data.Please submit any questions no later than January 6, 2021 11:00 AM, ET via email to Teresa.Dailey@fcc.gov.
