TECHNICAL:Sub-Factor 1- Prime Contractor’s Registration: The offeror shall be evaluated on provided a copy of Contractor's Registration  for i) Landscaping and Planting (전문건설업 중 조경식재공사업) or ii) Comprehensive Landscaping Construction Registration (종합건설업중 조경공사업) issued by the Republic of Korea (ROK) Government.Sub-Factor 2- Prime Contractor’s Prior Experience: The offeror shall be evaluated on provided evidence at least two (2) years of prior experiences in grounds maintenance services within the last five (5) years from the issuance date of this solicitation. Sub-Factor 3 - Contract Manager (CM): The CM shall have at least two (2) years of experience as a CM in grounds maintenance services.FACTOR B.
