This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and the procedures of FAR 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested and a written a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number is N4019221Q4260. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532111 and the small business size standard is $41.5 million. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas, Contracting Office requests a quote for the following Line
