The South Atlantic Division is looking for providers of quick response design/build general construction capabilities to address a broad range of emergency actions, disaster response activities, and long-term planning and resilience efforts in the South Atlantic region. General contractors must have experience in both vertical and horizontal construction in the South Atlantic Division area of responsibility.
