The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform Privatized Family Housing, Privatized Unaccompanied Housing, Government-Owned Family, and Leased Housing for both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Oustide of the Continental United States (OCONUS). The service will directly support the Department of the Army’s response to the 2020 NDAA requirement to inspect all homes within the Army’s inventory around the world. The services will be performed around the worldat every Army installation, both CONUS and OCONUS. There are substantialgeographic concerns to be considered such as:1. Understanding the various laws and regulations of the host nation related to home inspections2. Recruiting personnel who are eligible for entry onto the government installation3. Coordinating travel related to personnel who will be traveling from the USA to the local country to be inspected Ensuring compliance with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA)4. Coordinating with the Syncronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT)All other Department of Defense agencies are procuring these services as well, such as the Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps, along with smaller DoD agencies. While it’s unknown how the Navy and Marine Corps procured the services, it is known that the Air Force awarded a task order under an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract being performed by Bureau Veritas, a large
