The Upgrades to Central Hudson Gas and Electric`s (CHGE) Honk Falls Substation and Provision of New 3-Way Switch project are necessary for the reconfiguration of the East Delaware Tunnel Outlet Hydroelectric Plant (EDTO) substation to provide protection necessary to isolate a fault at the EDTO preventing a local outage and/or shutdown at the Honk Falls substation.
