This is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) umbrella contract. This contract is set-aside for Small Business Contractors. The total combined contract capacity under the umbrella contract is valued

at $15,000,000.00 over a five-year period. The contracts will be for a three-year base period with one two-year option period for a total of five years.
