Annual Subscription Airline Reporting

The Internal Revenue Service is renewing annual subscription for the purchase of the 2020 print Airline Reporting Corporation service that provides airline transactional information for the Criminal Investigator. This requirement will be made on a basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) and FAR 6.302-1. Period of performance: September 30, 2020 through September 29, 2021 and four (4), year renewable options. A sole source justification - Simplified Acquisitions has been documented in the contract file in writing. The procurement is other than small business, NAICS code is 522320, and the business standard is $41.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals.
