This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be award from this announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to perform market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a size standard 1,000 Employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) is seeking to identify any vendor capable of providing additional datapoints to assist in dispensing prescriptions for pharmacists.  A ScriptPro workflow is required to support the healthcare needs of eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Alexandria VA Medical Center (VAMC), 2495 Shreveport Hwy, 71 N, Pineville LA 71360.  The following items must be compatible with the VA network and ScriptPro’s workflow:Description/Model NumberSP 200/CCC (12 slot) Robotic Prescription Dispensing System with 12 slot

Your company name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address(s) and ueiSAM number (i.e. LV91LJ4B1Z98), DUNS number, and company website if available.2. Your company GSA/FSS contract number if available.3. Socio-economic status of business (i.e. SDVOSB/VOSB, 8(a), HUB Zone, Women Owned Small Business, Small disadvantaged business, or Small Business HUB Zone business)4. Capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. 5. Vendors are requested to submit estimated market research pricing with their responses.  The estimated pricing will be considered when determining the procurement strategy for the future solicitation. (e.g. if CO determines that capable small businesses cannot provide fair and reasonable pricing, then the solicitation will not be set-aside). 6. Distributors: You must provide a letter stating that your firm is an authorized distributor of the product.  The VA does not accept grey market items.  Grey/gray market also known as a parallel market, is the trade of a commodity through distribution channels which, while legal, are unofficial, unauthorized, or unintended by the original manufacturer.Please note that if no responses to this notice are received, from either authorized distributors of the cited brand name nor from manufacturers marketing a potentially equivalent brand, then this action will be sole sourced to the manufacturer cited in the brand name section above.Interested vendor should submit an email to troy.davis@va.gov. All responses must be received in writing no later than 12:00 PM CST on June 27, 2022.  Questions or inquiries will not be answered or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided.
