 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO ASANA, INC. FOR WEB AND MOBILE APPLICATION SOFTWARE LICENSES The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Simplified Procedures to Certain Commercial Items implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) “Soliciting from a single source.” WHS/AD intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to Asana, Inc., 1550 Bryant Street, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94103-4859, CAGE: 7BFG5, DUNS: 025322986.
