Roof replacement and skylight replacement at the P

The project scope is a roof replacement and skylight replacement at the Physical Medicine Center at Hot Springs National Park. There is 13,510 square feet of clay tile that will be removed and salvaged for reinstallation, and the carport has approximately 1,500 square feet of existing 3-tab asphalt shingles the will be removed and replaced. All flashing and underlayment will be removed and replaced, while the structural decking will be evaluated and replaced as specified. The existing ridge skylight and flashing will be replaced to match the historic profile and laminated safety glass.
