Respondents may bid to provide services to one or more existing systems. This contract may be awarded in full or in part based on the vendor

capabilities to support the existing automation systems in current County facilities. Contract will be awarded per system manufacturer. It is the intent of the County to use this contract for automation facility controls service, parts, replacements, upgrades, extensions, software, programming, engineering, new installations, and projects as the County deems to be in its best interest. Additional requirements will be sourced through a quote/proposal process initiated by the department.
