The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (02) intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain Laser Etched Bar Coding on 9,000 individual pieces of reusable medical equipment (RME). Period of performance: 10/01/2021 through 09/30/2022 Basic description of the requirement: This requirement is to have the remaining RME instrumentation at the Syracuse VAMC marked using the CensiMark Bar Code laser marking technology instrument tracking system, as part of the National Real Time Location System (RTLS). CensiTrac is an electronic tracking and data management system for RME and is marked using the CensiMark Laser Marking system which requires sterilization and cataloging.
