BIDDERS ARE INVITED TO A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE TO BE HELD ON 3/19/2024 at 10:00 A.M. AT THE CADDO PARISH FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE BUILDING CONFERENCE ROOM 525 MARSHALL STREET, SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA 71101. PROJECT NAME: Caddo Parish Courthouse Ceilings, Shreveport, Louisiana PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Architectural The general scope of the Project is as follows: The work includes the removal and replacement of ceilings on the ground floor, first floor, and mezzanine level of the Caddo Courthouse. Lighting fixtures will be owner furnished contractor installed. All other ceiling devices will be adjusted to accommodate new ceilings. Complete Bidding Documents are available in electronic form. They many be obtained without charge by contacting Prevot Design Services. PRIME BIDDERS are required to obtain access to the bidding documents directly from the designer. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographics firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs.
