COUNTY OF AMADOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 22-25 PUBLIC HEALTH AFTER-ACTION REPORT FOR THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Amador County Public Health Department is requesting proposals from qualified consultants, contractors, respondents, or firms to assist with the department’s After-Action Report for the COVID-19 pandemic. An After-Action Report will help the Public Health Department analyze the management or response to the COVID-19 Emergency incident by identifying strengths to be maintained and built upon, as well as identifying potential areas of improvement. It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all services related to Public Health After-Action Report (AAR) for the COVID-19 pandemic in collaboration with Amador County Public Health.
