One Year Open Market Contract Lamination Machine

* This RFQ is pursuant to the award of an Open Market Contract for Direct Delivery (CONUS and OCONUS) contract coverage for a Fellowes Part Number: 5738201; "or equal Laminating Machine that is manufactured in non-TAA compliant country. This contract will be awarded on an all or none basis using the evaluation criteria of lowest price technically acceptable.* The awarded contract will have a period of performance of one (1) year and four (4), one (1) year option periods. The period of performance shall not exceed five years from the date of award. The award is effective upon the contracting officer's evaluation approval.* In addition to the terms and conditions of this notice, the awarded contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the attached Solicitation Document.* QUOTED ITEM MUST MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATION SHEET AND ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE GSA ACQUISITION CENTER'S TECHNICAL SERVICES BRANCH.
