Contract Term: This notice establishes contract(s) resulting from Solicitation # 1852 for a period of one year, from December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2020 inclusive. The Solicitation and the vendor’s response, along with the South Dakota Vendor’s Manual are made part of the vendor’s contract by this reference. 2.
