The work consists of removing the existing asphaltic concrete surface course by milling and replacing it with new asphaltic concrete. The work also includes placing polyester polymer concrete overlay on the existing bridge decks, replacing guardrail and guardrail end terminals, constructing pipe end sections and headwalls, replacing pavement markings, and other related work.
