The Contractor shall pay to the City of El Paso de Robles the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00), for each and every calendar day’s delay in finishing the work in excess of the calendar day completion time.A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 10 a.m. to review the Project's existing conditions at Uptown Family Park, 36 th and Spring Street, Paso Robles. Representatives of the City and consulting engineers, if any, will be present. Questions asked by Bidders at the Pre-Bid Conference not specifically addressed within the Contract shall be answered in writing, and shall be sent to all Bidders present at the Pre-Bid Conference.
