Special Notice 25 April 2023Holders of Joint Enterprise – Research, Development, Acquisition, and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts are advised that the JE-RDAP Bidders Library previously hosted at https://ncdsystems.natick.army.mil/bid.nsf is discontinued effective immediately.Announcements of future Delivery/Task Order requests for proposal and other communications will be transmitted by email.JE-RDAP IDIQ Holders are required to verify/maintain their e-mail address by e-mailing usarmy.natick.acc.mbx.rdap@army.mil the following information:Contract NumberNameTitleEmail addressFailure to verify e-mail addresses and maintain e-mail address in the event of the departure of a previously validated entity will result in missed opportunities.Failure to maintain a valid e-mail address at all times may result in a JE-RDAP contract holder not receiving Delivery/Task Order information, in which case the contract holder may be removed from the Delivery/Task Order competition and considered ineligible for award.
