AnswerThe related General Requirements and Scope for this requirement identifies the following: Class Size: The class minimum size will be 6 students, with a maximum of 12 students, per class. Bidder shall agree to and provide course instruction if SAWS determines if scheduled class is under the minimum size of 6 students. If SAWS determines to schedule a class under the related "class minimum size", due to unforeseeable and/or reasonable circumstances determined specifically by SAWS, awarded vendor will be allowed to invoice the specified priced amount provided in their respective "responsive" bid.
