The US Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for surveying and mapping (except geophysical) services, geographic information system mapping and geo-spatial analyses for San Diego National Fish Wildlife Refuge Complex at Chula Vista, CA 91910

Procurement is a total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS code is 541370, Surveying and Mapping Services. Small business size is defined as $15 million.

In accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-2, the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The Period of Performance will be from date of award through approx. July 31, 2018. Award anticipated on or approx. July 25, 2017.

Solicitation and attachments will be posted on or approx. July 11, 2017. Proposals due on Thursday, July 20, 2017 4:30 pm by email to Cheryl_Mockford@fws.gov.
