Scope: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF HILL COUNTRY VILLAGE, TEXAS 2020 STREETS AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Sealed Proposals for the construction of the 2020 Streets and Drainage Improvement Projectwill be received by the City of Hill Country Village, at the City’s offices located at 116 Aspen Lane, San Antonio, TX 78232 until 1:00 pm local time on ____ August 4th_____, 2021. The Project consists of rehabilitation of the pavement surface of streets, one storm drain system, two box culverts and a concrete channel in the City of Hill Country Village. Proposals will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be sealed and clearly marked on the outside “ 2020 Streets and Drainage Improvement Project.” Bidding Documents may be viewed at the City of Hill Country Village or downloaded (free of charge) by registering with www.CivCastUSA.comon or after ____ July 4___, 2021. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the CivCast website as “zipped” portable document format (PDF) files.
