Please see attached RFI document for RFI submission details (Page 11). The General Services Agency’s Fleet Management Division (“FMD”), by way of this Request for Information (the “RFI”), is requesting responses from qualified vendors that meet certain requirements laid out in this document. The City and County of San Francisco (“City”) is working toward several emission reduction goals, including a completely Zero Emission Vehicle (“ZEV”) fleet. To meet this aim, the City is seeking to purchase electric vehicle (“EV”) charging from publicly-accessible, privately-owned charging stations throughout California. City employees in City-owned vehicles would have regular access to drive-up charging stations at existing facilities, of which the electric charging would be billed to the City. The City’s objective for this RFI is to review the information submitted by qualified vendors to inform an industry review of EV charging services that would fit the business requirements of the City’s large and dispersed fleet. The City assumes no responsibility for any other use of this information. As part of this industry review, the City may invite vendors to demonstrate their products and answer clarifying questions at a later date.
