Closing Date: July 28, 2017 Description: Seattle School District No. 1 RFP No. RFP07797 Project Title: Environmental Land Use Consultant for BEX V Capital Levy Planning Date of RFP Opening: July 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The Seattle School District No.1 (the District) is requesting proposals for an Environmental Land Use Consultant to prepare documents required by the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the State of Washington. This is in relation to new construction, replacement, addition, and modernization projects at approximately 22 school facilities in the city of Seattle. The proposed projects would be funded by the next BEX V Capital Levy scheduled for February ballot in 2019. The Request for Proposal will be available starting on July 10, 2017 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc.
