C22925002 - Orange Coast District Portable Toilet/Vault Toilet Pumping

You are invited to review and respond to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled Chemical Toilet/Vault
Toilet Pumping at San Clemente SB, San Mateo Campground (a part of San Onofre State
Beach), San Onofre SB and Doheny SB; Orange Coast District, CA State Parks. The Contract /
Agreement Number is C22925002. In submitting your bid you must comply with these
instructions.

(Small Business program is not required for this contract, but the preference still applies. DVBE participation is not required but the incentive still applies.)

Electronically Submitted Portable Document File (PDF) Bid Document Packages will be accepted at
OCD.bids@parks.ca.gov until 2:00pm on May 26, 2022 to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and
supplies necessary to supply sewage pump services at various locations within the Orange Coast District as listed above. All work shall be complete and ready for use in

accordance with the service specifications and contract documentation for stipulated sums which shall include all applicable expenses. Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams conference call at 2:00pm, May 26, 2022.

NO BID WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS IT IS PREPARED AND SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS FOR C22925002¿ CHEMICAL TOILET/VAULT TOILET PUMPING

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to review the solicitation in its entirety to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the performance expectations and contracting conditions. Submittal of a Bid indicates that Bidder understands, acknowledges and accepts the performance expectations and contracting conditions contained within the contracting documentation. Bid submission time will be as of the electronic time stamp associated with when the electronic email submission was received. Submissions with attached PDF documents exceeding 10 Megabytes (10MB) in size risk being rejected and can be deemed unresponsive.

At the above time and place, the bids will be publicly opened and read for furnishing services, material, or
equipment, or to perform all work required to:
Provide routine, annual and unscheduled portable toilet/vault toilet pumping services according to specifications marked Exhibit A, Attachment 1
          at:     San Clemente SB, San Mateo Campground (a part of San Onofre State Beach), San Onofre SB and Doheny SB; Orange Coast District, CA State Parks complete and ready for use in accordance with plans and specifications and such addenda as may be issued prior to bid opening date.

The anticipated performance period of the contract is September 1 2022 - August 31, 2025.
