Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of San Diego (City) retains an in-house team of cybersecurity professionals (“Cyber Team”). The Cyber Team is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day probity and efficacy of City Information Technology operations and business data. This Invitation to Bid document solicits bids for the provision of cloud-hosted cyber security related Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for Recorded Future. The ongoing requirement for these products is required to maintain up-to-date software subscriptions, inclusive of maintenance and support services. Other Details Due to the current Covid-19 situation and the restrictions resulting from the shelter in place mandates, the City will be accepting eBids on the Planetbids website for this solicitation. All bids will be opened on, or immediately after 3pm on November 22, 2022. Results of all received bids will then be made available to the public on Planetbids. To ensure that no bidder or interested person is excluded from the bid opening, the City’s Purchasing and Contracting department has provided the following teleconference phone number; for the announcement of bid results: (619)-541-6310 (Conference ID 002127#).
