Notice of Proposed Regulations Relating to the Agriculture Revolving Loan Fund BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  The Board of Agriculture and Conservation, proposes to make changes to the regulations regarding the regarding the Agriculture Revolving Loan Fund (11 AAC 39.511, Interest Rate Credits). The Board of Agriculture and Conservation proposes to amend regulations in Title 11 of the Alaska Administrative Code, regarding Agriculture Revolving Loan Fund (11 AAC 39.511) Interest Rate Credits. 
This change will eliminate the 5 percent limitation on the Board of Agriculture and Conservation’s ability to give interest rate credits. You may comment on the proposed regulations, including the potential costs to private persons of complying with the proposed regulations, by submitting written comments to David W. Schade, Executive Director of the Board of Agriculture and Conservation c/o Division of Agriculture at 1801 South Margaret Dr. Suite 12,  Palmer, Alaska 99645.  Additionally, on behalf of

The comments must be received not later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 11, 2021.  Comments received after this deadline will not be considered by the department.  You may submit written questions relevant to the proposed action to David W. The questions must be received at least 10 days before the end of the public comment period.  On behalf of the board, the department will aggregate its response to substantially similar questions and make the questions and responses available on the Alaska Online Public Notice system and on the Division of Agriculture's website at http://dnr.alaska.gov/ag/.
