Assessment Services for 2021-2025
The City of Oconomowoc is entertaining proposals from qualified firms to provide assessment services for the City of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin (hereafter, referred to as “City”) for the assessment years 2021 – 2025. The City is seeking a firm to serve as our statutory assessor. The proposal requires three bid options as described in the RFP document.
Proposals will be received at the Office of the Finance Director at City Hall, 174 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 no later than 1:00p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2020. Proposals arriving after the prescribed time and date will not be accepted. Proposals shall be marked “Assessment Services 2021-2025”.
Firms may obtain copies of the Request for Proposal at the above place weekdays from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, on normal working days, or by sending an email request to
lsullivan@oconomowoc-wi.gov. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to select any firm’s proposal that it deems the most advantageous and serves in the best interest of the
