Solicitation Description: The Texas A&M University System (“ A&M System”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from firms regarding their knowledge, experience and qualifications to provide real estate appraisal and valuation services in connection with real estate transactions, including but not limited to purchases, sales and leases, expected to be undertaken by the A&M System in the future.The SREO is in need of qualified appraisal companies to provide appraisal and valuation services to assist the A&M System in performing due diligence for purchase, sale and lease transactions from time to time.  It is the intent of the SREO to use the responses to this RFQ as a basis for creating a list of pre-qualified firms who will be engaged on an as-needed basis.  Inclusion in the pool of qualified firms does not guarantee engagement in the future.
