SCCHA is soliciting statements of qualifications (“
SOQ ”) from qualified firms to provide

Labor Compliance Monitoring Services as described in the Scope of Work (Attachment A) within
Exhibit B , “Standard Contract”.  Through this solicitation process, SCCHA may select more than one firm to provide the requested services.

If successful, respondent(s) to this Request for Qualifications (“
Respondents ”) will enter into one or more agreements with SCCHA and/or its affiliates to conduct as-needed services in support of SCCHA’s development and rehabilitation activities over the next five (5) years. Projects types may include but are not limited to: multi-family residential, commercial, retail, single family homes, mobile home parks, and/or office space.

Please prepare your SOQ in accordance with Article 3 of the RFQ instructions.
