Item Work Description The selected firm will perform preliminary engineering and plan development services necessary to produce construction contract documents. The selected consultant shall complete an Engineering Assessment/Alternative Analysis for projects where one is not included in the RFP. Following INDOT's acceptance of the Engineering Assessment/Alternative Analysis, these contracts will be amended to include the following services: Environmental Document,

Topographic Survey, Design & Plan Development, Permits Applications, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Title Research, and Staking), Geotechnical Engineering, Utility Coordination, Pavement Design and Construction Phase Services. In LOI to be submitted, highlight the following projects: 1900058, 1900059, and 1900243. Other services, such as Hydraulics Analysis, Ecological Surveys, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations may be included later if these work types become necessary. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
