View Ridge Elementary – Almira Drive Safe Routes to School Category:Public Works & Utilities The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary engineering design, environmental permitting support, and right-of-way acquisitions for pedestrian, bicycle, roadway, and minor city utility improvements along the designated street corridors in the vicinity of View Ridge Elementary. The proposed improvements include but are not limited to the construction, reconstruction, and/or retrofit of ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, bicycle facilities including bicycle lanes and shared-use paths, pedestrian crossing treatments include RRFB’s, corridor traffic calming, roadway reconfigurations, retaining walls, and pedestrian lighting.
