This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking a qualified multidisciplinary consulting services team to create a Community District Energy System (CDES) Feasibility Study to supply affordable, low carbon thermal energy to the community supported by anchor client, St. Francis Xavier University (StFX). This RFP seeks to find the optimal, least-cost approach to developing a CDES by obtaining industry expertise that will ensure a comprehensive, integrated, adaptable, and synergistic design.
