The primary purpose of the MTC TIM program is to reduce road deaths and serious injuries as well as reduce congestion associated with freeway traffic incidents. Through this RFP, MTC anticipates selecting a firm to provide technical assistance to MTC staff and partner agencies to assist in the implementation of these

projects.
