Scope of Work:
Scope includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, parts, equipment, services, incidentals, plans, and permits to fabricate, reface, relocate, and install 12 non-illuminated
Outdoor Directional Signs
for Central Broward Park location for the Broward County Parks and Recreation Division. 
 

Site Visit:
Job site visitation is strongly recommended; submission of a bid will be construed that the vendor is acquainted sufficiently with the work to be performed. Failure of the awarded vendor to properly evaluate the site conditions shall not be grounds for additional compensation. All measurements are approximate

and must be field measured by the awarded vendor. Complete designs and logos must be approved by the Project Manager or designee prior to production.  Please call (954) 357-5126 to schedule an appointment to visit the site Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Basis of Award:
The basis of award is to the lowest Responsive, Responsible bidder by total bid price. Vendor must bid all line items or may be deemed non-responsive.
 

Bid Allowance Amounts:
The solicitation includes permits allowance. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices.  Bidsync will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on final bid tabulation.
 

Goal Participation:
This solicitation is open to the general marketplace.  Refer to
Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) Procurement Preferences for Broward County Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and County Business Enterprises (CBE)
. 
 

County/State License Requirements:
 
In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements).
 

Questions and Answers:
The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through BidSync by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda).  The County will respond to all questions via BidSync.
  

Submittals:
Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through BidSync. Refer to the
Purchasing Division website
or contact BidSync for submittal instructions.

It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through BidSync by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means.


Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through BidSync, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact BidSync for technical assistance.
