New electrical (connection boxes, panels and receptacles) will be replaced up and down both sides of 100 and 200 block of Avenida Del Mar. Once Electrical improvements have been completed Contractor will perform street pavement rehabilitation which includes cold mill & overlay, crack saw & crack seal, TRMSS surface seal, striping, and other tasks as described per these Technical Specifications.
