Selective demolition and removal of the identified components and systems within the existing building. Installation of new walls, doors, hardware, storefronts, specialties, and finishes. Installation of new built-in institutional and laboratory casework and fittings. Installation of new MEP systems including new plumbing, HVAC upgrades, new power and lighting systems, modifications to existing fire sprinklers and alarm systems, new telecommunications security, and audio-visual infrastructure systems, Cleaning and removal of all waste,
