Scope of Work The work consists of decontamination, removal, and disposal of one (1) Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) and one (1) Underground Storage Tank (UST) in addition to associated piping and supplementary equipment, including but not limited to soil excavation, dewatering, providing reports required by regulatory agencies, soil backfilling and surface restoration. The Aboveground Storage Tank has been out of service for fifteen (15) years and the Underground Storage Tank for five (5) years; however, residues remaining inside the tanks may be considered hazardous waste. The Contractor must comply with Broward County Chapter 27, Article X, and Chapter 62-761, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) for the removal, closure and reporting activities
