Database Management Services The City of Calgary (The City) on behalf of Calgary Parking Authority (CPA) requires an experienced provider of database management services to manage several on premise and cloud based databases.
The CPA has several in-house, business critical databases that need to be managed and maintained. The CPA will grant remote access to the Preferred Proponent to provide management and maintenance services on behalf of the CPA.
CPA requires call center support, after hours support, business hour (Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm) monitoring services, 7x24x365 monitoring services, patch and upgrade management, database (DB) optimization and maintenance for Oracle (v 12), Postgres (v 9.4, v9.6) databases.
