Construction management services related to the construction of FAA and Airport funded projects including but not limited to, observations, measurements, inspections, special inspections, review of schedule of values, construction administration, project controls and project close out. 2. Pre-construction services that include review of plans, estimates and specifications for constructability. In addition, attendance of any safety and pre-construction meetings. 3. Preparation and processing of documents as necessary and in accordance with federal, state, local government, local agency, and utility requirements. 4. Preparation of construction progress and inspection reports for submittal to the FAA. 5. Review of certified payroll for compliance, review of project labor agreements for compliance, review of DBE for compliance, and wage rate interviews. 6. Construction inspection, pre-testing, testing, and certification that work meets specified standards including providing close-out reports to document project compliance at the conclusion of the project. Page 2 of 5 7. Successful firm will provide an automated owner document management tool to support effective project oversight and accountability.
