Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet the bid specifications and requirements contained in this RFP. All questions regarding this RFP are to be directed to Karen Kawelmacher in the “Question & Answer,” section of this solicitation. Failure to adhere to this process may disqualify potential bidder. The County is not responsible for any oral or written interpretations from any other person. Please submit all proposals electronically via BidSync. The County of Yolo advises that interested
