As a result of this RFP, the City expects to receive proposals for services to include installation of additional controlled access points, the replacements of existing controlled access points, maintenance and administration of upgrades. All Contractors wishing to submit proposals are required to attend a mandatory site visit of the Police Department facility located at 211 S. First Street, Alhambra, CA 91801. No proposals will be accepted from any contractor(s) not in attendance. Once the evaluation committee has reviewed and scored the RFP responses, the City will select the Contractor(s) most capable of providing a SYSTEM in its entirety and enter into contract for the purchase and installation of the SYSTEM, as well as training, maintenance and support of hardware and software.
