The contractor will perform integrated real-time, electronic eligibility data matching and verification solution that both:
1. Identifies the loss of MEC relying only on less-than-perfect applicant supplied information (such as Social Security Number (SSN), Name, Date of Birth (DOB), Gender, and Address), and 2. Verifies the loss of MEC, returning coverage, policy, and effective dates.
