Common Data Link Satellite Communication- Task Order

The primary performance objective of this requirement is the optimization of operational readiness for applicable Army CDL/SATCOM assets.  The contractor shall provide, unless United States Government (USG) makes available, all personnel, equipment, material, supplies, shipping, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to optimize operational readiness for applicable Army CDL/SATCOM assets.  The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining an overall CDL/SATCOM systems/components operational readiness rating of 95% or greater, at all times.  The said operational readiness shall be separately monitored/reported/calculated for each of the individual Military Intelligence (MI) Battalions (Bns) fielding/operating GRCS, EMARSS (all variants), ARL assets, Gray Eagle and other applicable airborne systems, and all related ground assets, (e.g. OGS, RTS, TGS).The current Contractor on the requirement is:L3 TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
