Provide Marine Species Monitoring, Evaluation, and Related EnvironmentalPlanning Services at various locations within NAVFAC Atlantic and Pacific Areaof responsibility in accordance with the attached scope of work.The purpose of this contract is to obtain services for performance of marine resources monitoring and programmanagement in support of U.S. Navy environmental compliance and reporting requirements. The primarygeographic area covered by this contract encompasses the Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering CommandAtlantic and Pacific Areas of Responsibility, Worldwide. The contractor may also, on occasion, be tasked toprovide services described herein to any DoD or other Federal Agency Worldwide. The firm selected will providethe required services through the issuance of individual task orders for up to five years (base period plus four oneyearoption periods, if exercised).
