College Ave. Normal, IL 61761 BID OPENING DATE: February 19, 2020 BID OPENING TIME: 10:30 a.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bid Opening Time at the Normal Public Library Community Room, 206 W. College Ave, Normal, IL 61761. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at the pre-bid walk-through to be held on February 7, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the project site. Library employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. This is a prevailing-wage project.
