50544 Proposal to Extend a Land Lease at the Peninsula Point SPF

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-50544 of Lot 7A, Block 200 at the Peninsula Point Seaplane Facility for an additional five (5) years, to expire July 1, 2022.  Applicant:  City of Ketchikan.  Annual rent:  $6,373.50.  Authorized uses:  Maintenance and operation of a fire station for storage of equipment related to the Lessee’s emergency fire response.
